Sales and Estimating
Dave Maurer, Owner
Dave has been around home building all of his life and brings wide knowledge of construction and restoration processes to his work as co-owner of Highmark Restoration.
Prior to joining the Highmark family, he enjoyed careers as a professional baseball player and Realtor. A married father of two, Dave enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
Claire Coffman, Administrator
Claire brings great experience to the Highmark team, working as the receptionist for a childrends dental office for 15 years. She enjoys meeting new people and welcoming people into the office. Claire is married to husband Gabe and has 2 children and loves to spend time at the lake with them. She has a Gernan Shepard names Clyde and a cat named Cupcake.
Amanda Lengsfeld, Accounts Payable
Amanda has a an A.A.S. Accounting Degree from DCTC and has been working in the field for over a year and half. She was drawn to highmark because of the work atmosphere and family feel of the company. Amanda is married to her husband Nick and has 2 sons, Knolan and Jackson. She loves reading, being outside during the summer and spending time with her family, especially at the cabin.
Melissa Anderson, Admin
Melissa has a degree in communication with 20 years of customer service experience. She is drawn to Highmark's core values and overall atmosphere of the company. Melissa is excited about the variety of tasks and opportunity to grown and learn. She has a 14 year old son and 6 year old daughter and enjoys boating on Prior Lake, motorcycles, fairs, reading and hanging out with her 2 kids and pets.
Becca Borowicz, Human Resources
A former substitute teacher, Becca is an expert at corralling details and making sure everything is in order. If meaningful looks don’t produce a desired result, she just reminds everyone that she also has a black belt in karate. In her spare time, Becca enjoys movies, biking, snowboarding and spending time with husband Colton and 2 sons Boden and Breyer.
Melissa Dieckmann, Office Manager and Project Administrator
An energetic and highly capable multi-tasker, Melissa runs the office and has the scoop on everything Highmark. It’s often said that if Melissa doesn’t know where to find it, it doesn’t exist—that’s how organized she is. She credits Highmark’s success with the company’s family approach to business and commitment to building long-term client relationships. Melissa received her degree in Business Management and Business Administration from Rasmussen College.
In her spare time, she loves tracking down great deals for clients and spending time with her husband Chris and their 2 sons Caleb and Cooper.
Pat Albrecht, Project Manager/Estimator
Pat’s credentials are among the best in the field. His favorite part of his job is the process of making damaged properties whole again. Pat specializes in customer satisfaction by making a complicated process simple. Pat’s favorite quote: “If you truly love your job, you won’t work a day in your life.”
Pat Gibbons, Project Manager/Estimator
Pat has worked in the restoration industry for over 8 years and is certified in Water Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Mold Remediation and Lead Remediation. His favorite part of his job is taking a difficult situation and turning it into a positive experience for clients. When he’s not onsite, Pat enjoys being with his wife Kimberly and kids Jett and Daniella, attending various hockey, soccer, gymnastic and dance events.
Dan Martineau, Project Manager/Estimator
A restoration professional with 9 years in the field, Dan is driven to help people out in their time of need. A former Strong Man competitor, Dan is married and has two kids, Preston and Rylie. He enjoys attending their activities as well as hunting and fishing.
Spencer Rahlf, Estimating
Spencer brings a degree in Construction Management and a background in framing to the Highmark team. He enjoys the various challenges of construction and being able to look back on successful projects. In addition to hunting, fishing, and being outdoors, he is a huge Game of Thrones fan.
Travis Wielinski, Sales Estimator
Travis has a business degree from UW-Stout and previously worked in the insurance industry for 15 years. Travis worked with Highmark as an insurance adjuster before coming aboard for a new opportunity to grow. He enjoys time with his family and likes to go boating, fishing, hunting and hiking. He also loves sports and coaches his 2 sons in baseball and football.
Brandon Soleta, Project Development
Brandon graduated from SCSU and has been in the field for 10 years. As an adjuster at his last job, Brandon brings great experience to our Restorations team. He was brought to Highmark through his relationships with some of our team members over the past 5 years. Outside of work Brandon loves spending time with his family. His wife and 2 kids like to go to the cabin in Hackensack. He also loves to fish and be out on the water/ice whenever possible.
Joel Gaulrapp, Project Manager
Joel’s responsibilities include overseeing job sites to ensure that no detail is missed and to create a positive experience for clients. Joel has been with Highmark for over 5 years and holds a degree in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin. When he’s not on the job, Joel enjoys hockey and spending time with his wife Ashley.
Eric DeBruzzi, Project Manager
A former carpenter, Eric joined Highmark because he wanted to be part of a team that, in his words, “has the knowledge and skills to do the highest quality work.” Eric loves seeing projects go from start to finish and in his spare time he enjoys reading Vince Flynn novels.
Kari Stewart, Project Administrator
Kari has been in the field for over 10 years and graduated in 2009 with a degree in Interior Design. She enjoys the diversity of the job and the family feel at Highmark. Kari is married to husband Greg who is a Police Officer and Fireman. They have have 2 kids Maci Lynn and Marli Grace. She grew up on a Dairy Farm and was a Carver County Dairy Princess from 2007-2009.
Andy Browne, Project Manager
Andy graduated from Bethel University and has been in the construction field for 6 years. He enjoys the interaction and relationships with clients as well as seeing a concept become a reality. The vision and high standards are what brought Andy to Highmark. In his free time Andy likes to spend time at the lake being outdoors, skiing and wakeboarding. A fun fact about Andy is that he drives a zamboni at the Eden Prarie Community Center.
Lee Pflug, Project Manager
Lee brings 15 years of exeprience in the field to Highmark. He enjoys building relationships and making customers happy. Lee was drawn to Highmark because of the postivie attitude and drive of the people in the company. He is married and has a daughter. In his free time he loves to do anything outdoors, especially fishing and hunting - as well training hunting dogs.
Jason Long, Mitigation Manager
Jason has over twenty years of experience in the construction field. His specialties include finished and rough carpentry, custom decks, and flooring. When he is not at work, Jason enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his wife, three children, and three dogs. Though he is a dad and an adult, Jason is a kid at heart and loves to make people laugh.
Matt Kruckeberg, Project Manager
Matt brings 20 years of Construction Management experience to Highmark. From new construction to remodeling projects, he enjoys it all. Especially seeing how new additions tie back to existing homes. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his family and hunting.
Eric Fasnacht, Project Manager
Eric graduated with a degree in buisiness management from Concordia-St. Paul. He enjoys working as a project manager because of the satisfaction of starting and completing a new job. Eric was drawn to Highmark because of the quality of work. He loves to fish and be up north, golf and also plays baseball for the Minnetonka Millers. Eric also enjoys volunteering at fishing for ducks, a fundraiser by Ducks Unlimited.
Zach Wilkins, Service Technician
An accomplished individual with degrees in Auto Body Collision Technology and Business Management, Zach brings Residential and Business Cleaning experience to his role at Highmark. Not too mention, he is also working on a degree in Public Health. As a fitness enthusiast, he enjoys spending time at the gym and being outdoors.
Chris Harding, Service Technician
Chris brings 5 years of experience in the field to Highmark. He enjoys the variety of the job and particularly enjoys woodwork. Chris enjoys watching the Timberwolves and hanging outside by the pool with his wife Kyriann and their son Carter. Chris loves to read in his spare time - the longest series he's completed is "The Wheel of Time" at around 14,000 pages total.
Max Chase, Service Technician
Max brings his experience with drywall, painting and demo to Highmark. He likes to work hands on and enjoys see the finished product at the end of a job. Max loves sports, being outdoors, working out and spenidng time with his friends. He also has an English Shepard named Nahla. Max loves music, mainly R&B and Rap, as well as movies and superheros.
Esteban Porras, Service Technician
Esteban is great at public speaking and loves to help others. He came to Highmark for the welcoming enviornment and great people. Esteban enjoys outdoor activities, sports and working out. An interesting thing about Esteban is that was born in Mexico and is also bilingual.
Bryan Tyus, Service Technician
Bryan comes to Highmark excited to learn a new position outside of his normal field of work. He enjoys hands on work and learning new tasks. Bryan has 2 daughters, ages 5 years old and 1 month old. In his free time, he loves to play basketball, workout and hang out with his family.
